Fenton Fitzwilliam, the specialist advisory firm within the Paritee network, has appointed Natalie Buxton as UK Managing Director as it expands its presence in the UK market.

Based between London and Glasgow, Buxton will lead the integration of public affairs experts joining Fenton Fitzwilliam from Brands2Life and RPP Group, creating an initial team of 14 consultants. Additional strategic communications capability will be added to complement the dedicated public affairs advisory.

Fenton Fitzwilliam launched in Dublin and Brussels last year and has built a reputation for supporting organisations operating in complex and highly regulated environments across critical sectors including energy, defence, telecoms and data, infrastructure and pharmaceuticals. The consultancy was founded on a simple principle: clients should be understood, not just heard.

Buxton joins Fenton Fitzwilliam from Weber Shandwick, where she spent 19 years, most recently serving as UK Network Managing Director. In that role, she led an 80-strong team across Scotland and Manchester, driving integration across the UK business while developing and delivering communications and public affairs strategies for organisations operating across sectors including energy, telecommunications, infrastructure and agriculture.

Natalie Buxton said: "At Fenton Fitzwilliam we have a wonderful opportunity to build an agency that combines deep sector, political and communications knowledge with AI-first ways of working, meaning our clients will benefit from the combination of a nimble and efficient approach to strategy and delivery with the time and dedication of senior communications experts, all backed by Paritee's international network of market-leading consultancies.

Moray Macdonald, CEO of Fenton Fitzwilliam, said: "Natalie and I worked together at Weber Shandwick for more than a decade, and I was always impressed by her ability to combine an unwavering commitment to client results with a talent for building entrepreneurial, high-performing teams where people could grow, learn and thrive.

"I believe Fenton Fitzwilliam and Paritee are the perfect home for her skills and experience, and I look forward to working alongside her as we continue to grow the consultancy and expand our presence across the UK."

Jonas Palmqvist, CEO of Paritee, said: "The UK expansion of Fenton Fitzwilliam reflects both growing client demand and a clear opportunity to build a differentiated advisory offer focused on the world's most critical industries.

"The firm's focus on complex and highly regulated sectors complements Brands2Life's market-leading strength representing many of the world's most transformative and innovative brands, particularly in the digital, technology, health, food systems and retail sectors.

"It also creates strong alignment with Paritee's wider international network, including Geelmuyden Kiese, LHLK, Kruse Larsen, RPP and One Strategy Group, enabling clients to access coordinated support across multiple markets."

The UK launch of Fenton Fitzwilliam marks a significant step in Paritee’s continued investment in the UK and Ireland market, reinforcing its ambition to build a leading international advisory platform, building on its EMEA ‘cornerstone brand, Brands2Life, with genuine depth in the sectors that matter most.
